After the trial is over, you will be charged the standard membership fees each month or yearly depending on your plan.

What Does It Cost After The Trial?

As of today (July 7, 8pm EST), the standard membership fee for Amazon Prime is $14.99/month, cancel anytime.

Note: I've seen so many people complain about being unable to cancel their Amazon Prime membership. I have done it in the past with no problems.

After canceling my membership, I joined again during the same year because I couldn't live without it!
